La pre-order estará disponible del 13 mayo al 6 de Junio.

Las fechas de recogida serán del 25 al 28 de Junio (FECHAS DEL EVENTO) en T8 MADRID.

Si escoges la opción con envío/recogida en tienda en BARCELONA, la entrega será post-evento (después del 28 de JUNIO)

Todas las personas que realicen su pre-order/reserva durante este periodo tendrán acceso a:

 - Podréis entrar 1 hora antes de la apertura oficial para recoger vuestro pedido y disfrutar del espacio antes que nadie.

-Participas automaticamente en el sorteo de:

Además, las 50 primeras personas en realizar su pedido recibirán un 노리개 como recuerdo exclusivo.

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE SOBRE LA PRE-ORDER/RESERVA

Todos los productos disponibles en pre-order/reserva son de fabricación propia exclusivos para el evento. 

No se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones en productos adquiridos en PRE-ORDER/RESERVA.

Si su pedido contiene uno o más productos en PRE-ORDER/RESERVA, todos los artículos se entregarán conjuntamente cuando el pedido este listo.

ADVERTENCIA PARA EL ENVIO

El embalaje exterior y/o packaging de protección tiene únicamente la función de proteger el producto durante el transporte y almacenamiento. Pequeños desperfectos externos, arañazos o daños menores en el embalaje NO serán motivo de cambio o devolución.

En caso de que falte algún artículo en el interior del pedido, SOLO se aceptarán reclamaciones presentando un vídeo SIN CORTES desde la apertura del paquete de envío hasta el desempaquetado completo del producto.

The pre-order period will be available from May 12th to May 24th.

Pick-up dates will be from June 25th to June 28th (EVENT DATES) at T8 MADRID.

If you choose the shipping option or in-store pickup in BARCELONA, delivery will take place after the event (after June 28th).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRE-ORDERS / RESERVATIONS

All products available for pre-order/reservation are exclusive in-house made products created specifically for the event.

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for products purchased through PRE-ORDER/RESERVATION.

If your order contains one or more PRE-ORDER/RESERVATION products, all items will be delivered together once the order is ready.

SHIPPING WARNING

The outer packaging and/or protective packaging is intended solely to protect the product during transportation and storage. Minor external imperfections, scratches, or small damages to the packaging will NOT be considered valid reasons for exchange or refund.

In the event that any item is missing from the order, claims will ONLY be accepted if accompanied by an UNEDITED video showing the entire process from opening the shipping package to the complete unpacking of the product.
